Mahogany floor standing planter with stainless steel liner.
Standing on three feet, it has been made from a totally Genuine and Original World War One period LAMINATED HARDWOOD PROPELLER “BOSS” FROM A “BRISTOL F2B BIPLANE FIGHTER” AIRCAFT. This Boss is for a SUNBEAM ARAB 200 HP ENGINE which was fitted to the Bristol fighter for just a “short period” as this engine suffered with Crank Balance Problems.
It is made from Laminated Hardwood (appears to be mahogany) and is clearly marked in 3 places with offical markings and numbers. These are:
“F2B – 200 HP – SUNBEAM – D3080 P2650 – AB8210 LH”
G 694 NO 44 – 10063″ AND “G 694 NO 44 (on the top near the collar with “44” rubbed)
