Terms and Conditions.


For the delivery of larger items we can usually include this cost in the advertised price if within England and Wales. We will advise you of this initial  amount on any invoice so necessary refunds can be correctly calculated.

Competitively priced overseas delivery can also be arranged.          

On delivery please check items over as soon as they are delivered so that any problems can be raised with the delivery drivers immediately. If you wish to return the items "then and there"  advise the carrier and arrange to pay them the appropriate cost.
Please Note - you are responsible for cost of returning unwanted/cancelled items to us and for the value of the goods if they are diminished as a result of handling whilst with you or in the return transit to us. Please take care of them and package them well if necessary. 
Refunds, less any initial carriage costs or value loss, will be made once the item has been received back with us.

For Smaller items.

Advertised price includes packing and postage within mainland U.K.
Money back guarantee if you are not satisfied.
Monies will be refunded on safe return of the item to us in the same condition as purchased, and within 14 days.
You will only have to pay the initial cost of delivery (deducted from any refund) and the cost of returning it to us.

Clock Sales.

Please note that clocks are cleaned and oiled; then they are run for a couple of weeks to check. Further regulating or setting ‘to beat’ may be necessary once in your home 

However we do not dismantle or service further than this, to keep costs reasonable.

We cannot therefore guarantee the movement or its time keeping further.

Cases are always cleaned and polished where necessary.

We will endeavour to help you set and regulate after purchase, and of course will take returns as per our usual terms and conditions.

With all items we sell you will get an invoice with the full description; and if purchased online you are covered by Distance Selling Regulations as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. These apply to sales of goods or services to consumers without face-to-face contact.
